Our customer service process starts at the beginning of a project and never really ends. At the outset of a project we review the client’s goals and track the progress of those goals throughout the life of the project. We survey the client at regular intervals and redirect our work methods to meet the client’s needs.
When we complete a project, we realize that our relationship with the customer does not end. In looking to develop a lasting relationship with our clients we hope that they can rely upon us to perform future maintenance work. Since we built their project we have a good understanding of their operations and will be able to fix it better than someone else. We remain in contact with the Owner throughout the warranty period and promptly correct any defects which may arise.
