Expansion and renovation of the Perdue Facility included the installation of a holding tank, three high capacity pumps and replacement of existing metal piping with new PVC piping. Because it was imperative that the plant remain fully functional Monday through Friday, most of the construction was limited to weekends. This stringent work schedule provided no room for error, requiring that the facility be operational after every step of the installation process.
